BSG Plumbing is a leading provider of plumbing and heating services in the central NJ area. Scott Gilbert, owner/operator, has been a Master Plumber since 1991, and a licensed plumbing inspector since 1997. BSG provides a full range of residential and sub-contractor services, including new or remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, pool heaters and boilers.

The business manager came to Phase 4 with a request for a one-page site with all their contact information to complement their new marketing program. Within 3 weeks, the project was completed, including a Flash segment, photos of prior jobs and a Contact Us page.

A subsequent request for an additional site for a new business followed, which involved four pages and an online store.

After only 2 face-to-face meetings, all communications were made by phone or email, and the sites have been in successful operation for more than 2 years.

Their new business, BSG Home Products, places very high in Search engine Results, and has become an important source of revenue for the company.
